5-Year Limited Warranty

Every Epoxy Living floor in Metro Atlanta is installed by our insured installation partner, Tebriz LLC, who gives you this limited warranty in writing with your installation agreement. This page summarizes it so you can read the terms before you buy; the signed document you receive controls.

Who gives the warranty

The warrantor is Tebriz LLC, the company that installs your floor. The coating materials also carry the manufacturer’s own material warranty, which Tebriz LLC passes through to you. Epoxy Living (a trade name of Zaza Materials LLC) designs and prices your floor and stays your point of contact, but does not issue a separate warranty on installation work.

What is covered

• Every floor — 5 years: residential garages and interior floors, exterior surfaces (patios, porches, walkways) and commercial floors, against peeling, flaking or delamination of the coating, including peeling caused by hot tires.
• If a covered defect appears, Tebriz LLC repairs the affected area — labor and materials — at no charge. Repairs are made to the affected area and may not match the surrounding floor exactly.

Who is covered

The original owner of the property. The warranty can be transferred once to the next owner if the home is sold, when Tebriz LLC is notified in writing within 12 months of the sale.

What is not covered

• Moisture, vapor or water pressure coming up through the slab, and slab conditions below the coating.
• Cracks or movement in the concrete itself, including settling and structural damage.
• Impact, gouges, dragging heavy or sharp objects, and normal wear and scratching.
• Tire marks or stains that clean off, and discoloration from tire chemicals or dressings.
• Chemicals left standing on the floor (for example battery acid, brake fluid, solvents).
• Floors not cleaned or maintained as instructed, or repaired or altered by anyone else.
• Damage from fire, flood, weather events or other causes outside the installer’s control.

How to make a claim

Send a short description and photos of the problem to [email protected] or reply to any message from us. We pass it to Tebriz LLC the same day, and Tebriz LLC arranges an inspection and, for covered defects, the repair.

Limits

This limited warranty is your remedy for the covered defects above. It does not cover indirect or incidental costs such as moving belongings or loss of use, except where the law does not allow that limitation. Some states give you additional rights; nothing here limits the rights you have under applicable law.
